DRILLING RIG CONTROL SYSTEM

WB-ZJ120DB drilling rig integrated control system which is the AC VFD control system for the 12 thousand meters well with maximum hook load 9000 KN. It is a redundant system structure which bases on computer control, digital vector VFD control program and net technology. The drawworks is controlled by four motors load distribution with high precision. It is the first deepest rig electrical control system in the country.

WB-ZJ90DB driing rig integrated control system is AC VFD control system with maximum hook load 6750KN. The system consists of redundancy system structure based on computer control, digital vector VFD control, digital DC drive control system and net-technique system. DW is controlled by load balance of four motors with high precision. It is the first deepest rig electrical system in China. The project has passed the inspection of CNPC, and the performance of the control system have met the requiprements of design and technics.

WB-ZJ70DB drilling rig integrated control system is AC VFD control system with maximum hook load 4500KN. It consists of the drilling control system, mud pump control system, instrumentation,MCC & power supply system, TV monitor & talkback system and management computer system. Each system could accomplish the process control independently, and then cooperate with other systems to realize the integrated control of the whole system.

WB-ZJ50DB drilling rig integrated control system is AC VFD control system with maximum hook load 3500KN. It consists of the drilling control system, mud pump control system, instrumentation, MCC & power supply system, TV monitor & talkback system and management computer system. Each system could accomplish the process control independently, and then cooperate with other systems to realize the integrated control of the whole system.
