12,000m ultra-deep well drilling rig has been derricked telescoping successfully and finished on-site testing in Deyang, Sichuanprovince on Feb 2nd, 2008. Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau has inspected on Mar. 11th. The high-level officials of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau, Baoji Oilfield Machinery Co., Ltd and SINOPEC have taken part in the item inspect activity and the designing has been passed the acceptance test.
